Myopia, or near sightedness is a condition in which people can see near objects clearly,but objects that are far away appear blurred.Such people have difficulty in watching TV or whiteboard in school.
Causes
Myopia occurs if the eye ball is too long or the cornea is too curved.As a result light entering the eye doesn’t appear clearly and looks blurred.
Myopia may also occur due to hereditary causes.Myopia may also occur due to environmental factors or other health problems.
